Why Synesis

A leadership working session, not a lecture.

See what is possible, judge what is realistic, and plan how to apply it inside your organization.

Use cases built around your organization

Share your industry, size, and top priorities before the course. Exercises are shaped around the organizations in the room, and your roadmap starts from your situation.

Live demonstrations of what is possible

See Copilot, simple agents, and adoption reporting working live, so you can judge what is realistic before you invest.

Leadership assets you take back

Leave with an opportunity list, value model, draft AI policy, and a 90-day roadmap built for action.

Enterprise experience behind the training

Learn from practical enterprise architecture and consulting experience across financial services, banking, and insurance.

Taught by a certified expert

Every session is led live by a Microsoft Certified Trainer who also holds the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award.

30 days of follow-up

Group office hours help you pressure-test your roadmap and address questions that emerge when you begin applying it.

Live Demonstrations

Judge what is realistic before you invest.

Scenarios are tailored to the industries and leadership roles in each cohort.

Opportunity finding

From process list to AI shortlist

Score everyday tasks for value, effort, and risk to produce a ranked shortlist of AI opportunities.

Business case

The Copilot value model

See how license cost, adoption rate, and time saved combine into a realistic return, including what happens when adoption is low.

Agents

A working agent, built live

A no-code Copilot Studio agent answers employee questions from policy documents while preserving human review.

Governance

The oversharing check

Walk through how Copilot sees company data and which permissions and labels keep sensitive information protected.

Adoption

Reading the adoption dashboard

Identify whether people are using Copilot, which teams need help, and what leaders need to see.

Research

A leadership briefing in one request

An AI research agent prepares a market or competitor briefing that a leader reviews, edits, and shares.

Personalized before day one

Your intake covers the organization, current AI use, and top priorities. Your instructor uses it to select relevant scenarios and establish the starting point for your roadmap.
