Certification plus capability.
Most Copilot courses teach buttons. We show you what is possible in your job, then help you build it.
Examples built around your role
Before the cohort starts, you share your role and the tasks that consume your week. Practice exercises are shaped around the people in the room.
Live demonstrations of what is possible
Watch real workflows run live, from inbox triage to data analysis and simple agents, before you try them yourself.
A toolkit you take back to work
Leave with a prompt library, three workflows, and step-by-step guides you can continue using and share with your team.
Taught by a certified expert
Every session is led live by a Microsoft Certified Trainer who also holds the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional award.
Enterprise experience behind the training
Learn AI the way it has to work inside real organizations, with practical attention to adoption, privacy, and business outcomes.
Certification plus capability
Prepare for the AB-730 exam while building real skills, so the certification reflects what you can actually do.
See what Copilot can do before you build it.
Demonstrations use sample data and are tailored to the roles enrolled in each cohort.
The 10-minute weekly status report
Copilot pulls updates from email, Teams, and a project file into a draft status report you review and send.
Meeting prep in one prompt
Before a client call, Copilot gathers recent emails, open issues, and meeting notes into a one-page briefing.
Explaining the numbers
Copilot in Excel spots trends and outliers in a monthly report and drafts a plain-language summary for leadership.
From policy to FAQ
A long policy document becomes a clear employee FAQ and a short announcement email, ready for review.
The meeting that writes its own follow-up
A Teams meeting recap becomes decisions, owners, and due dates, ready to send to attendees.
Your first Copilot agent
Build a simple agent that answers repeat questions from a set of team documents, without code.
Personalized before day one
After enrollment, you complete a short intake covering your role, tools, and three tasks you want to improve. Your instructor uses it to shape examples that look like your work.

Frequently asked questions.
What is the AB-730 exam?+
AB-730 is the exam for the Microsoft Certified: AI Business Professional certification. It measures your ability to use generative AI and Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively and responsibly in everyday business work. No coding is required.
Do I need my own Microsoft 365 Copilot license?+
No. In open cohorts you practice in a Synesis demonstration environment. If you already have a Copilot license at work, you can also apply each workflow to your own tasks between sessions.
Is the exam included?+
Exam preparation is included. The Microsoft exam voucher is an optional add-on at Microsoft's current exam price, and you schedule the exam with Microsoft when you are ready.
Can my employer pay for this course?+
Yes. The curriculum includes a note you can send to your manager, and organizations can be invoiced directly for team seats.
What if a cohort does not fill?+
Open cohorts need at least six participants. If a date does not reach that minimum, you can move to the next date or receive a full refund.
How is this different from a self-paced course?+
Every session is live with a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Examples are tailored to the roles enrolled, and you build three workflows you can keep using instead of only watching videos.
Is there a version for leaders?+
Yes. AI Transformation Leader training focuses on AI strategy, governance, and ROI for directors, executives, and IT leaders.
Make Copilot part of how you work.
